<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />September 26. 2005 <br />MO 05-197 <br />MO RD 05-13 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />September 26, 2005 <br /> <br />Attention: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br />Redevelopment Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Approval of Construction and Reimbursement Agreement and <br />Contract Documents for the Downtown Retail-Cinema Streetscape <br />Improvements - City Council and Redevelopment Agency <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: 8C (405) <br /> <br />Joint Meeting of the City Council and Redevelopment Agency on September 26, 2005. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Foust, Hartnett, Howard, Pierce, <br />and Mayor Ira <br /> <br />Absent: None <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered into the Minutes <br /> <br />MIS BainlFoust to approve a Construction and Reimbursement Agreement with On <br />Broadway Redwood City, LLC, in which BHV Innisfree Ventures I, LLC (developers <br />of the Downtown Retail-Cinema project) and Buchanan Urban Investors, LLC are the <br />sole members, for construction of streetscape improvements around the Downtown <br />Retail-Cinema Project, including the Courthouse block of Broadway, and authorize <br />the City Manager and the Redevelopment Agency Executive Director to execute <br />same. <br /> <br />MIS BainlAguirre to adopt the resolution amending the Redevelopment Budget and <br />appropriating $600,000 from the "Working Capital Fund Balance" and $800,000 from <br />the "Private Incentive Project" to provide the necessary funding required for the <br />Streetscape Project. <br />
