DES:djk 08/05/92 (097/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 8/17/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11817 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR THE FUNDING OF PENINSULA COMMUTE SERVICE <br /> FEEDER SHUTTLE PROJECT <br /> (CALTRANS) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Cooperative Agreement No. <br /> RM-74 - Agreement for the Purpose of Transferring Funds to <br /> Caltrans for the Support of the Peninsula Commute Service Feeder <br /> Shuttle Project" , by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> municipal corporation of the State of California, and the State <br /> of California, acting by and through its Department of <br /> Transportation, providing for cooperative funding by Caltrans and <br /> the City to provide for feeder shuttle services for the <br /> enhancement of commuter services in the City of Redwood City, a <br /> copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br /> Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br /> particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and <br /> City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br /> attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf <br /> the the City of Redwood City. <br />
