Award of Contract — Water Main & Sewer Main Replacement On Broadway <br />Project <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve the Contract Documents and award the contract for the Water Main & <br />Sewer Main Replacement "On Broadway" project to the lowest bidder, Shaw <br />Pipeline, Inc. of San Francisco, California, for their bid of $383,275.00. (304) <br />MINUTE ORDER 05 -180 <br />E. Maintenance Agreement for Maintenance and Repair Services for Water and <br />Storm Sewer Utility Systems Pumps <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve Amendment No. 1 with Pump Repair Services Company of <br />Daly City, CA to extend the term of the Agreement and increase the not -to- <br />exceed amount by $152,480 for maintenance and repair of various sized water <br />and storm utility systems pumps.
