WHEREAS, CH2MHILL of San Jose, California, represents that it is <br />qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid <br />services required for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Services — Environmental Analysis (Redwood Shores Bayfront Specific Plan)" <br />(form dated 09/07/00), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, and CH2MHILL of San Jose, California, for <br />the performance of the above - mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for <br />the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and City <br />Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso -992 2 <br />F:\sh \sh \redwood \counci I <br />FXS:rg <br />09/07/00 <br />14047 <br />
