(Commissioner Schenck did not <br />vote as he was temporarily out of the room.) <br /> <br />REPORT ITEM 4. <br /> <br />Monthly Reports <br /> <br />~artment Reports <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Commissioner Pound moved to accept the department monthly reports, <br />seconded by Commissioner Knecht. <br /> <br />The motion carried by voice vote. (Commissioner Schenck did not <br />vote as he was temporarily out of the room.) <br /> <br />Commissioner Schenck returned to the meeting room at 9:01 p.m. <br /> <br />Other Reports <br /> <br />The Design & Development Committee presented the Scope-of-Work on the Palm area <br />neighborhood park. Chairperson Weintraub read the Scope-of-Work for the benefit <br />of the audience.
