It was recommended that Commissioners Knecht and Schlesinger attend the conference. They will study the program and determine their schedule. :-- MOTION: Commissioner Weintraub moved to accept the Operational Policy Committee report, seconded by Commissioner Wilson. Des i gn & D...eve 10pme~nt C,omm; t~TeeA Report MOTION: Commissioner Weintraub moved to accept the Design & Develop- ment Committee report, seconded by Commissioner Pound. The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. Mr. Weeks mentioned that the Committee had their first meeting today with the first two architects being interviewed for the Senior Center project and have another meeting scheduled for next Wednesday. A selection should be made shortly thereafter. REPORT ITEM 3. Montbly Reports Mr. Weeks mentioned that the Hetch-Hetchy neighborhood meeting schedules have been mailed to residents. Commissioners were encouraged to attend if possible. MOTION: Commissioner Schlesinger moved to accept the Recreation Division Monthly Report, seconded by Commissioner Wilson. The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. MOTION: Commissioner Wilson moved to accept the Park Division Monthly Report, seconded by Commissioner Aldrich. The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. ADJOURNMENT MOTION: Commissioner Pound moved to adjourn the meeting as there was no further business, seconded by Commissioner Wilson.
