The City Council <br />will be meeting in joint study session with both the Planning Commission and <br />the Architectural Review Committee to hear responses to questions from the <br />last study session, and discuss possible concepts in the Downtown Precise <br />Plan. Following the joint study session, the City Council can move to the dais <br />and the Mayor can convene the City Council meeting to initiate their proposal <br />on the concepts of the Precise Plan. <br /> <br />ADJOURN JOINT STUDY SESSION <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING <br /> <br />INTO <br /> <br />CITY <br /> <br />COUNCIL <br /> <br />AND <br /> <br />7. Legislation (information only) - This sub-section involves possible discussion of <br />City Position on Proposed Legislation described in the League of California Cities <br />Priority Focus Bulletin No. 38-2005. Council may direct staff to act on positions <br />taken by Council.
