<br />DES:r~k 10/16/96 (003/72) <br />DES:~_Á 10/17/96R <br /> <br />shall not limit Consultant from providing services for Agency in <br /> <br />conjunction with other services requested by Agency. <br /> <br />It is intended by both parties that this Agreement shall be <br /> <br />evidence of a financial advisory relationship, between Consultant <br /> <br />and Agency as provided for by Section 53592 of the Government <br /> <br />Code of the State of California. <br /> <br />Consultant <br /> <br />will <br /> <br />at <br /> <br />all <br /> <br />times <br /> <br />during <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />course <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Agreement, <br /> <br />comply with all applicable federal, <br /> <br />state and local <br /> <br />laws, <br /> <br />statutes, ordinances and regulations. <br /> <br />Agency understands <br /> <br />that Consultant is not a broker, dealer or municipal securities <br /> <br />dealer as defined by the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />NOTICES. <br /> <br />Written <br /> <br />notices <br /> <br />required <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />convenient <br /> <br />hereunder shall be delivered personally or by depositing the same <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />United <br /> <br />States <br /> <br />Postal <br /> <br />Service, <br /> <br />first <br /> <br />class <br /> <br />(or <br /> <br />equivalent) <br /> <br />postage <br /> <br />prepaid <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />addressed, <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />case <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Consultant to: <br /> <br />Katz Hollis <br />Redevelopment Consultants <br />865 S.
