<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SECTION 1 - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Katz Hollis shall provide the following services for the purpose of refunding the 1991 Local Agency <br />Revenue Bonds, Series B: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />In conjunction with other members of the financing team: review all data necessary for the <br />bond documents, develop and conform information as necessary. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Review the preliminary and final Official Statement. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Develop documentation for rating agency and insurers, <br /> <br />4, <br /> <br />Participate in rating agency/insurer presentations. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Review principal legal documents associated with the financing. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Services do not include advice on investment of any bond proceeds, bond reserve funds, or <br />other funds. <br />
