San Mat~o COlL11ty Historical Association ~ -- Dear Mike: With respect to the scope of work to be covered by the $375,000 grant from The Redevelopment Agency of Redwood City, we have prepared the following list of construction costs that will be part of our Phase I renovation of the Old Courthouse in Redwood City. I A Construction Costs Associated with Phase I Interior Renovation: Elevator and Shaft $94,000 Renovation Costs. Exclusive of Exhibit Fixtures Room 103 (Described as Nature's Landmarks) Room 107 (Described as The Journey to Work) Room 110 (Described as Library/Reading Room) Preliminary Identified renovation costs Portion proposed for reimbursement 136,000 179,000 119.000 $528,000 $340,000 -B Architectural Services 35,000 The construction costs cited above are based on the Architect's estimates from the conceptual level documents. After we have received and accepted bids for the commencement of this project, we would provide you with a more specific list of construction costs that we would request The Redwood City Redevelopment Agency to reimburse under this grant. We would expect to include some or all of the categories cited above, in order to comprise a list of contractors whose contracts would be equivalent to the $340,000 of construction costs that would be reimbursed under this grant.
