<br />DES:dj~ 10/24/97 <br /> <br />(021/60) <br /> <br />Professional Liability <br /> <br />$500,000 per accident <br />for bodily injury and <br />property damage (coverage <br />required to the extent <br />applicable to Consultant's <br />vehicle usage in performing <br />services hereunder) <br />$1,000,000 per claim and <br />aggregate <br /> <br />Automobile Liability <br /> <br />Concurrently <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />execution <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />agreement, <br /> <br />Consultant <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />furnish City with certificates <br /> <br />and copies <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />information <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />declaration <br /> <br />pages <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />insurance <br /> <br />required <br /> <br />hereunder <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />wi th respect <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />evidence <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />commercial general <br /> <br />liabili ty and automobile liability insurance coverage, <br /> <br />original <br /> <br />endorsements: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Precluding cancellation before the expiration of <br /> <br />thirty <br /> <br />(30) <br /> <br />days after City shall have <br /> <br />received <br /> <br />written <br /> <br />notification <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />cancellation <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />first <br /> <br />class mail; <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />Providing that Consultant's insurance shall apply <br /> <br />separately to each insured against whom claim is <br /> <br />made or suit is brought, <br /> <br />except with respect to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />limits <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />insurer's <br /> <br />liability <br /> <br />(cross <br /> <br />liability endorsement); <br /> <br />(c) <br /> <br />Naming <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />Council, <br /> <br />officers, <br /> <br />boards, <br /> <br />commissions, <br /> <br />employees <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />agents, as additional insureds; and <br /> <br />(d) <br /> <br />Providing <br /> <br />that <br /> <br />Consultant's <br /> <br />insurance <br /> <br />coverage <br /> <br />shall be primary insurance with respect to City, <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />Council, <br /> <br />officers, <br /> <br />boards, <br /> <br />commissions, <br /> <br />employees <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />agents, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />any <br /> <br />insurance <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />self-insurance maintained by City for itself, its <br /> <br />6 <br />
