<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />L._ . <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.2 TO AGREEMENT <br />TO PROVIDE <br />VACUUM I HYDRO-JETTING SERVICES TO CITY OF HALF MOON SAY <br /> <br />This Amendment No. 2 is entered into and effective as of the ..&fli day of <br />~~ , 2007, amending the agreement dated September 27, 2005 (the <br />" greement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and mUnicipal <br />corporation ("Redwood City") and the City of Half Moon Bay, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California ("Half Moon Bay") for the storm drains system cleaning services. <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />A. The Parties have agreed in accordance with the provisions of the original <br />Agreement to renew annually the Agreement for Redwood City to provide storm drains <br />cleaning services to Half Moon Bay. <br /> <br />B. The supplemental scope of services and fee schedule is attached to and <br />incorporated herein by this reference as Exhibit "A-2," Scope of Services and fees. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />1. In addition to those services contained in the Agreement, as may have <br />been amended from time to time, City will provide those services described in Exhibit <br />"A." <br /> <br />2. Half Moon Bay will pay Redwood City for all work associated with those <br />services described in Exhibit "A-2" an amount not to exceed the sum of Three Thousand <br />and No/100 Dollars ($3,000.00) per day. <br /> <br />3. Redwood City will complete all work described in Exhibit "A-2" between <br />September 2007 and October 2007 <br /> <br />4. All other provisions of the original Agreement, as may have been <br />amended from time to time, will remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />1 <br />
