<br />EXHIBIT - "A-2" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEES <br /> <br />A. WOR TO BE PERFORMED <br /> <br />The work, clearing and removal of vegetation, sediment and debris from catch basins <br />and inlets, shall be performed at the locations identified by the subdivision / <br />neighborhoods, as defined below: <br /> <br />ARLETA PARK <br />DOWNTOWN AREA <br />FRENCHMEN'S CREEK <br />GRANDVIEW TERRACE <br />HIGHLAND PARK <br /> <br />KEHOE AREA <br />NORTH MAIN <br />PILARCITOS PARK <br />SEA HEAVEN <br /> <br />1. Half Moon Bay must provide a legal disposal area for which any or all fees shall <br />be prepaid by Half Moon Bay. Redwood City's disposal fee will be waived. <br /> <br />2. Redwood City will draft a report that covers performance time, amount of waste <br />removed, amount of water used, report problems detected and related photos, <br />when applicable. <br /> <br />3. Half Moon Bay to supply all water. <br /> <br />4. Work hours shall be 10 hours per day, including any travel time <br /> <br />5. Hydro jetting / cleaning will be provided by Redwood City under Half Moon Bay <br />direction. <br /> <br />6. Half Moon Bay to prioritize cleaning areas in writing and supply a map that shows <br />basins. <br /> <br />7. Redwood City will chalk mark basins after cleaning. <br /> <br />8.
