ORIG~r~AL AMENDMENT NO.4 TO AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE VACUUM I HYDRO-JETTING SERVICES TO CITY OF HALF MOON BAY This Amendment No. 4 is entered into and effective as of the tJ#1 day of 4P'K/II6Ee -" , 2009, amending the agreement dated September 27, 2005 (the "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation ("Redwood City") and the City of Half Moon Bay, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("Half Moon Bay") for the storm drains system cleaning services. RECITALS A. The Parties have agreed in accordance with the provisions of the original Agreement to renew annually the Agreement for Redwood City to provide storm drains cleaning services to Half Moon Bay. B. The supplemental scope of services and fee schedule is attached to and incorporated herein by this reference as Exhibit "A-4," Scope of Services and Fees. C. The City Council of the City of Redwood City by Minute Order 05-182 authorizes the City Manager of the City of Redwood City to enter into agreements with other jurisdictions within the San Mateo Countywide Water Pollution Prevention Program area to provide annual catch basin and inlet cleaning service. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. In addition to those services contained in the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, City will provide those services described in Exhibit "A." 2. Half Moon Bay will pay Redwood City for all work associated with those services described in Exhibit "A-4" an amount not to exceed the sum of Four Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty-One and 50/100 Dollars ($4,721.50) per day. 3. Redwood City will complete all work described in Exhibit "A-4" between September 2009 and October 2009 4. All other provisions of the original Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will remain in full force and effect. 1
