<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEES <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />WORK TO BE PERFORMED <br /> <br />The work, clearing and removal of vegetation, sediment and debris from catch <br />basins and inlets, shall be performed at the locations identified by subdivision / <br />neighborhoods, as defined below and shown on the attached illustration: <br /> <br />ARLETA PARK <br />DOWNTOWN AREA <br />FRENCHMEN'S CREEK <br />GRANDVIEW TERRACE <br />HIGHLAND PARK <br /> <br />KEHOE AREA <br />NORTH MAIN <br />PILARCITOS PARK <br />SEA HEAVEN <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Half Moon Bay must provide a legal disposal area for which any or all fees shall be <br />prepaid by Half Moon Bay. Redwood City's disposal fee will be waived. <br /> <br />2. Redwood City to draft a report that covers performance time, amount of waste <br />removed, amount of water used, report problems detected and related photos when <br />applicable. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Half Moon Bay to supply all water. <br /> <br />4. Work hours shall be 10 hours per day <br /> <br />5. Hydro Flushing/Cleaning will be directed by City of Half Moon Bay direction, meaning <br />Half Moon Bay will prioritize the 192 catch basins and establish the order in which the <br />catch basins will be cleaned <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />Half Moon Bay to prioritize cleaning areas in writing and supply a map that shows <br />basins. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Redwood City will chalk mark basins after cleaning <br /> <br />Atty/Agr/Agr.201 <br />080304 <br /> <br />5 <br />
