ORIGINAL AMENDMENT NO.1 TO AGREEMENT FOR VACTOR I FLUSHER SERVICES [CITY OF HALF MOON SAY] This Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the $dday of J~tA6r , 2006, amending the agreement dated of September 27, 2005 (the "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation ("Redwood City"), and the City of Half Moon Bay, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("Half Moon Bay") for storm drains cleaning services. RECITALS A. The Parties have agreed in accordance with provIsions of the original Agreement to renew annually the Agreement for the Redwood City to provide storm drains cleaning services to Half Moon Bay. B. The supplemental scope of services and fee schedule, which is attached to and incorporated by this reference as Exhibit "A-1," Scope of Services and Fees. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. In addition to those services contained in the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, City will provide those services described in Exhibit "A." 2. Half Moon Bay will pay Redwood City for all work associated with those services described in Exhibit "A-1" an amount not to exceed the sum of Three Thousand and no/100 dollars ($3,000.00) per day. Payment will be made to Redwood City on completion of the work and based on invoices submitted to Half Moon Bay by Redwood City. 3. Redwood City will complete all work described in Exhibit "A-1" between September 2006 and October 2006. 4. All other provisions of the original Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will remain in full force and effect.
