BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Housing Association for the Needy <br />and Dispossessed, Inc., (HAND) a non -profit CHDO for funding to rehabilitate Redwood <br />Oaks Apartments at 330 -340 Redwood Avenue," (form dated 8/15/00), by and between <br />the City of Redwood City and the Housing Association for the Needy and Dispossessed, a <br />copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager and <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />8/15/00 <br />2 <br />14036 <br />
