<br />~. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT nAn <br /> <br />PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF THE <br /> <br />LANDS OF MARCHI TO THB <br /> <br />EMERALD LAKE HEXGHTS SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> <br />The Parcel to be annexed is described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 15 Block 509 and adjoining portion of Wilmington Way, as said <br /> <br />lot, block and way are shown on said map entitled "Highlands of <br /> <br />Emerald Lake Subdivision Five", which map was filed in the office <br /> <br />of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, on <br /> <br />January 10, 1927, in Book 15 of maps, at page 15, 16, 17 and 18 <br /> <br />being more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Lot 15, said point <br /> <br /> <br />being in boundary of said district as established by the San Mateo <br /> <br />County <br /> <br />Board <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Supervisors <br /> <br />Resolution <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />47574 <br /> <br />adopted <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />December 3, 1985; Thence from said Point Beginning North 27° 39' <br /> <br />10" East 133 feet more or less along said district boundary and the <br /> <br />southeasterly line of said lot and its northeasterly prolongation <br /> <br />to the centerline of Wilmington Way and a point in the district <br /> <br />boundary as established by San Mateo County Board of Supervisors <br /> <br />No. 44822 passed and adopted on December 3, 1985, Thence along said <br /> <br />centerline and district boundary North 68° 58' 50" West 65 feet <br /> <br />more <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />less <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />intersection <br /> <br />with <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />northeasterly <br /> <br />prolongation of the northwesterly line of said Lot 15; Thence <br /> <br />leaving said centerline and district boundary South 27° 53' 20" <br /> <br />West along said prolongation and northwesterly line 123 feet more <br /> <br /> <br />or less to the westerly corner of said Lot; Thence South 60° 36' <br /> <br />10" East 65.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. <br /> <br />REF.
