<br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />Board of Supervisors, County of San Mateo, State of California <br /> <br />* * * * * * <br /> <br />Resolution Ordering Annexation of Property to the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer <br />Maintenance District and Authorizing the Execution of a Supplement to the Redwood <br />City/Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District Agreement - Lands of Evans - <br />Redwood City Area <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Mateo, State of <br /> <br />California, acting as the governing board ofthe Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance <br /> <br />District, that <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on Tuesday, the 26th day of April 2005, this Board adopted its Resolution <br /> <br />of Intention No. 067277, to annex territory (653 East View Way - APN 068-120-270) to the <br /> <br />Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District (District), a maintenance district organized <br /> <br />and existing under and pursuant to Section 4860 et seq. ofthe Health and Safety Code, said <br /> <br />property being more pa..rticularly described in Exhibit "þ.." attached hereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a copy of Exhibit "B" from said Resolution, headed by the words <br /> <br />"NOTICE OF HEARING" was published once a week for two successive weeks in the <br /> <br />Independent Newspaper Group, a newspaper of general circulation, circulated in the District and <br /> <br />in the territory proposed to be annexed, deemed by this Board to be most likely to give Notice of <br /> <br />Hearing to all inhabitants of each, and copies of Exhibit "B" from said Resolution with like <br /> <br />heading in letters of not less than one inch in height were also posted in three conspicuous places <br /> <br />in the District in which the territory is to be annexed, and in three conspicuous places in the <br /> <br />territory proposed to be annexed, not less than ten days prior to the day set for hearing; and <br /> <br />- 1 - <br />
