<br />6. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS - <br />This agenda category is limited to 15 minutes to be allocated as determined by the Mayor. If <br />you wish to address the Council, please complete a speaker's card (next to agendas) and give it <br />to Council Volunteer Art Balsamo (seated to the left of the Council Members.) If your subject <br />is not on the agenda, the Mayor will recognize you at this time; but the Brown Act (Open <br />meeting Law) does not allow action by Council at this time.
