<br />This agenda category is limited to 15 minutes to be allocated as determined by the Mayor. If <br />you wish to address the Council, please complete a speaker's card (next to agendas) and give it <br />to Council Volunteer Art Balsamo (seated to the left of the Council Members.) If your subject <br />is not on the agenda, the Mayor will recognize you at this time; but the Brown Act (Open <br />meeting Law) does not allow action by Council at this time. If you wish to speak to a subject <br />listed on the agenda, you will be recognized by the Mayor at the appropriate time your item of <br />interest is being considered by Council. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be <br />enacted by one motion and one vote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless <br />a Council Member or Citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the <br />consent and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, adopt the <br />resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br /> <br />7.1- Minutes <br /> <br />A. Approve the Minutes of the last Regular Council Meeting of October 23rd, 2000 and <br />the Minutes of the Council Workshop of October 28'h, 2000; <br /> <br />7.2- Motions <br /> <br />A. Approve by Motion the Final Acceptance for the 1999 Street Light Improvement <br />Project, and authorize the release of bonds; <br /> <br />Staff contact: Jon Lynch, City Engineer 780-7371 jlynch@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br />B.
