If you wish to <br />address the Agency, please complete a speaker's card (next to agendas) and give it to Agency volunteer <br />Art Balsamo. If your subject is not on the agenda, the Chairman will recognize you at this time; but the <br />Brown Act does not allow action by the Agency at this time. If you wish to speak to a subject listed on <br />the agenda, you will be recognized by the Chair at the appropriate time your item of interest is being <br />considered by the Agency <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />A. Approve the Minutes of the Regular Meeting and Closed Session of the Redevelopment <br />Agency of May 8'h, 2000 as submitted; <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />CONSENT <br /> <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the Redevelopment Agency and <br />will be enacted by one motion and one vote. There will be no separate discussion of these <br />items unless a Board Member or Citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed <br />from the consent and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, adopt the <br />resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br /> <br />A.
