<br />6. ORAL COMMUNICATION - <br /> <br />This agenda category is limited to 15 minutes to be allocated as determined by the Mayor. If you wish to <br />address the Council, please complete a speaker's card (next to agendas) and give it to Council Volunteer <br />Art Balsamo.
