Ordinance Adding Sections 18.244 through 18.256 to the City Code to Establish Citywide <br />Transportation Impact Fees; (continued from March 27th, 2000) <br /> <br />Recommendation: Review and discuss the findings presented in the Traffic Impact <br />Mitigation Fee Study, and introduce an ordinance adding Section 18.244 through 18.256 to <br />the City Code to establish Citywide Transportation Impact Fees. <br /> <br />Introduction of Ordinance: <br /> <br />ORDINANCE ADDING SECTIONS 18.244 THROUGH 18.256 TO CHAPTER 18 OF <br />THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY TO ESTABLISH A <br />TRANSPORTATION IMPACT FEE FOR NEW DEVELOPMENTS; <br /> <br />Staff contact: Richard Haygood, Traffic Engineer, 780-7362 rhay¡:ood@redwoodcity.or¡: <br /> <br />C. Adult Oriented Businesses; <br /> <br />Recommendation: Introduce an Ordinance establishing the amortization period (if it is the <br />consensus of the City Council) in Article 27, Sections 27.4 and 27.5 of the Redwood City <br />Zoning Ordinance. (Action tonight pertains only to the amortization period. Relocation Guidelines: <br /> <br />Recommendation: Adopt a resolution to amend the Relocation Assistance Guidelines to: <br />. Make the Guidelines consistent with Section 42.6 of the Redwood City Code <br />(Residential Relocation Benefits); <br />. Make the Guidelines consistent with the new noticing requirements of State law; <br />. Add a definition of personal property; and <br />.
