(Action tonight pertains only to the amortization period. Relocation Guidelines: <br /> <br />Recommendation: Adopt a resolution to amend the Relocation Assistance Guidelines to: <br />. Clarify the code enforcement actions which trigger relocation assistance; <br />. Make the Guidelines consistent with Section 42.6 of the Redwood City Code <br />(Residential Relocation Benefits); <br />. Make the Guidelines consistent with the new noticing requirements of State law; <br />. Add a definition of personal property; and <br />.
