<br />3. <br /> <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be <br />enacted by one motion and one yote. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless <br />a Council Member or Citizen so requests, in which eyent the item will be remoyed from the <br />consent and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. <br /> <br />MOTION: waiye reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances, adopt the resolutions <br />and the ordinances, and approye other items. <br /> <br />A. Approye the Minutes of the Special Closed Session and the regular Council meeting of <br />July 12, 1999 as submitted; <br /> <br />B. Approye the appointment of Silyia M. Ponte to the position of Senior Deputy City Clerk at <br />a salary aboye the bottom of the salary range; <br /> <br />C. Accept the Twin Dolphin Driye improyements and release the bonds for the Twin Dolphin <br />Driye Improyements, following the submission of a Maintenance Bond in the amount of <br />$23,500.00, in accordance with Paragraph No.8 of the Construction Agreement; <br /> <br />D.
