Approye the Minutes of the special Closed session of June 28, 1999, the regular Council <br />meeting of June 28, 1999, the Budget Study Session of June 29, 1999 and the Budget <br />Study Session of July 6, 1999 as submitted; <br /> <br />B. Approye the appointment of Karen Ransohoffto the position of Administratiye Clerk III in <br />the City Manager's Department at Step 3 in the salary range, effectiye June 21, 1999; <br /> <br />C. Approye the appointment of Daye Larsen to the position of Public Works Supervisor at a <br />salary above the bottom of the salary range; <br /> <br />D.
