CONSENT CALENDAR MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar, adopt the resolutions and approve other items. A. Accept the improvements and release the bonds for the California Harbor Court Subdivision, following the submission of a Maintenance Bond in the amount of $426,300.00, in accordance with Paragraph No.9 of the subdivision Agreement (Kaufman and Broad-South Bay, Inc.); B. Accept the improvements and release the bonds for the California Seacrest Subdivision, following the submission of a Maintenance Bond in the amount of $253,000.00, in accordance with Paragraph No.9 of the Subdivision Agreement (Kaufman and Broad- South Bay, Inc.);
