RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND REGULATING USE <br />OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF- WAY IN CONNECTION THEREWITH ("THE CLIMATE BEST <br />FEST") (Optimist Club of Redwood City) <br /> <br />F.
