Approve Task Order No.2 to the agreement with Vanir Construction Management, Inc. <br />for an additional expenditure for construction management for services for the Sandpiper <br />Park Project. <br /> <br />B. James Avenue Construction Project. <br /> <br />1) Authorize the transfer of $729,466 from the Pavement Management Program to the <br />James Avenue Reconstruction Project; <br /> <br />2) RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE JAMES AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION <br />PROJECT; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; AND <br />DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSITS (Interstate Grading and Paving, Inc. <br />of South San Francisco); <br /> <br />C.
