Approve Task Order No.2 to the agreement with Vanir Construction Management, Inc. for an additional expenditure for construction management for services for the Sandpiper Park Project. B. James Avenue Construction Project. 1) Authorize the transfer of $729,466 from the Pavement Management Program to the James Avenue Reconstruction Project; 2) RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE JAMES AVENUE RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSITS (Interstate Grading and Paving, Inc. of South San Francisco); C. Traffic mitigation agreement for the project which includes both the former Rohm-Haas property and the small parcel at the intersection of Spring and Chestnut, bounded by Woodside Road, Spring Street, Chestnut Street and Bay Road (Chestnut Bay LLC, the Nicholson Group).
