Approve the Minutes of the Council work shop of February 8, 1997, the Council closed <br />session of February 10, 1997, and the Council regular meeting of February 10, 1997 as <br />submitted; <br /> <br />B. Approve Task Order No.1 for additional professional engineering services for the James <br />Avenue Reconstruction Project, in an amount not to exceed $25,084 (reimbursed from <br />Rule 20A County funds) (Wilsey and Ham); <br /> <br />F. Accept the Broadway Clock Tower and Plaza - Hamilton Street Project, and authorize the <br />release of bonds (Gonsalves and Stronck); <br /> <br />G.
