Professional construction management and general contractor services for the Redwood <br />Shores Fire Station and Maintenance Facility projects <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT/GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES - FIRE STATION <br />AND MAINTENANCE FACILITY (Rudolph & Sletten, Inc.) <br /> <br />B. Council discussion and action on Economic Development Strategy presented by the <br />Redwood City Redevelopment Agency and the Redwood City-San Mateo County <br />Chamber of Commerce. Discussion topics include an Auto Strategy, Fee Waivers/Tax <br />Rebates, Programmatic Assistance to Businesses, and Formulating a Downtown <br />Association. Recommendations include: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That the City Council review and act on the remaining project/program proposals made <br />in the Economic Development Strategy; <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />That the City Council approve the overall Strategy, as amended. <br /> <br />9.
