Accept the Improvements of the FY 1995/96 Sidewalk Repair and Tree Program, and <br />release bonds (Satterfield); <br /> <br />C. Accept the Improvements of the FY 1995/96 Cost-Shared Sidewalk Repair project, and <br />release bonds (JJR Construction); <br /> <br />D.
