<br />REAPPROPRIATIONS OF EXISTING APPROPRIATIONS; ADOPTING THE <br />BUDGET FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 FOR THE <br />FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,1996 - JUNE 30,1997; MAKING PROVISIONS FOR <br />INTERIM EXPENDITURES AS OF JULY 1, 1996; AND REPEALING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2098, AND ALL ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS IN <br />CONFLICT THEREWITH; (1st reading) <br /> <br />b) MOTION: to approve conceptual approval of the 1997-98 Fiscal Plan and which <br />directs staff to present Council with a recommendation to increase Building <br />Permit Fees; <br /> <br />B. THE CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING on the application of <br />ELECTRONIC ARTS for a Development Agreement to construct up to a 1,000,000 sq. <br />ft. office complex at 201 Redwood Shores Parkway. <br /> <br />THIS ITEM IS SCHEDULED AT 8:30 P.M.
