<br />B. Accept the Red Morton Community Center Project and authorize the release of bonds (S.l. <br />Amoroso Construction Co.); <br /> <br />C. Accept the Hazard Elimination Safety Project II - Veterans Boulevard/Walnut Street, <br />Charter Street/Middlefield Road Traffic Signal Modification, and authorize the release of <br />bonds (Richard A. Heaps Electrical Contractor, Inc.); <br /> <br />D.
