<br />)- <br /> <br />f <br /> <br />-Director Griffiths announced that at the February 22 City Council meeting, <br />the City Council directed staff to prepare a zero-based budget in <br />anticipation of State budget cuts. He also announced that the General <br />Services Department is being re-organized and a new UR1ghts of Way" Division <br />will be formed. As a result, the Street Tree Section of our department will <br />be transferred to this new division of the General Services Department. The <br />formation of this new division will result in an increased level of customer <br />service and a cost savings to the City. <br /> <br />The regular meeting of the Park and Recreation Commission was adjourned at <br />8:55pm to be reconvened at 6:15pm on Tuesday.
