Alpine Awards does many of the
trophies for the department and already has the City's logo on file which
would eliminate the additional cost of a set-up fee for the badges. The cost to
order 10 to 24 badges 3"x2" in size would be $4.43 each plus .35 cents per badge
for a pin bar. The badges would have each Commissioner's name, the name
of the Commission along with the City seal. The Commissioners agreed they
would like to order badges and would pay for them individually.

MIS Truscelli/Morton: To order badges for the Park and Recreation
Commissioners which would be paid for by each
Commissioner.

Motion passed.

Secretary Monroe will order the badges and notify the Commissioners of the
cost.

ITEM 1- RED MORTON CENTER UPDATE

Superintendent Jones announced the project has gone out to bid and the bid
opening will be held at 3:00pm on August 18 at the City Clerk's Office.
