<br />0lil <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />6' <br /> <br />II. <br /> <br />ITEM 4 - COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> <br />Commissioner Slusser reported the In-Kind Donations sub-committee is <br />looking at the sphere of influence of Redwood City to identify matches with <br />major national distributors. <br /> <br />Commissioner Davis reported on the development of the brochure. <br /> <br />Commissioner Truscelli spoke about the fund raising dinner she and Vince <br />Truscelli will be holding on June 3 at the Veterans Memorial Senior Center. <br />It was suggested to have on display some sample tiles /bricks, the Red Morton <br />Center model, fund raising brochures, pictures of the new facility, and <br />pictures of what is needed at the Center for public review. <br /> <br />Therapeutic Coordinator Erlinda Tulioc gave an update on the construction <br />of the new Red Morton Center. <br /> <br />ITEM 5 - BREAK-OUT SESSIONS OF SUB-COMMITTEES <br /> <br />Members of the sub-committees of Publicity, Public Relations, Community <br />Gifts, and In-Kind Donations met to discuss their progress. <br /> <br />The special meeting of the Park and Recreation Commission was adjourned <br />at 9:00pm to be reconvened at 7:30pm on March 22, 1995 to be held at the <br />Community Activities Building, 1400 Roosevelt Avenue, Redwood City, <br />California. <br /> <br />
