<br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ADOPTING THE FINAL <br />BUDGET OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY <br />1, 1995 - JUNE 30, 1996; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROPRIATION AND <br />EXPENDITURE OF ALL SUMS SET FORTH IN SAID BUDGET; PROVIDING <br />FOR EMERGENCY EXPENDITURES, TRANSFERS, ADDITIONAL <br />APPROPRIATIONS, CANCELLATIONS AND REAPPROPRIA TIONS OF <br />EXISTING APPROPRIATIONS; ADOPTING THE BUDGETS FOR GENERAL <br />IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS NO. 1-64 AND NO. 1-65 FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />JUL Y 1, 1995 - JUNE 30, 1996; MAKING PROVISION FOR INTERIM <br />EXPENDITURES AS OF JULY 1, 1995; AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. <br />2082, AND ALL ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT <br />HEREWITH <br /> <br />3. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />MOTION: waive reading of the Consent Calendar, except the ordinances, adopt the ordinances <br />and resolutions, and approve other items. <br /> <br />A. Approve the Minutes of the Interview Session of July 24, 1995, and the regular Council <br />Meeting of July 24, 1995, as submitted; <br /> <br />B. Accept final improvements for the 1993-94 Sidewalk Repair and Tree Program, and <br />release bonds to George Bianchi Construction, Inc. <br /> <br />C. Accept final approval of change order No. 11 for the 1993-94 Cost-Shared Sidewalk <br />Repair Project and release bonds to George Bianchi Construction, Inc. <br /> <br />D. Approve Findings and Conclusions on appeal from Determination of Planning <br />Commission to Certify Final Environmental Impact Report for Pacific Shores Center <br />Project; <br /> <br />E. Approve appointment of a Permits Technician at top step of salary range; <br /> <br />F. Approve appointment of a Building Inspector at step 4 of salary range; <br /> <br />G.
