<br />2) RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY AND WAGE PLAN FOR THE POSITIONS <br />OF FIRE FIGHTER, FIRE FIGHTER-LIGHT DUTY, AND FIRE CAPTAIN OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 12246 <br /> <br />C. Accept Groundwater Extraction system at the Municipal Services Center, and authorize <br />the release of bonds (S.G. Barber Construction, Inc.); <br /> <br />D. Proclamation for "The Year of the Child"; <br /> <br />C. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS <br /> <br />A Council received a letter from Frank Jordan, Mayor of San Francisco, California, regarding <br />the Hetch Hetchy Water and Power System. Staff recommends this matter be referred to <br />the Council Utilities Committee for review at the committee's February 1, 1995, meeting. <br />The Committee will report back to Council with a recommendation. <br /> <br />5.
