CONSENSUS: Vice Mayor Britschgi determined that it is the consensus of <br />Council that the letter from the City Attorney of July 13, 1982 regarding <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64 Bond Authorization be scheduled for <br />Council consideration at the Iœeting of August 23, 1982 and that the GID No. <br />1-64 Advisory Committee be invited to attend. CONSENSUS: At the suggestion of Councillllan Mosher, Vice Mayor Britschgi <br />determined it to be the consensus of Council that the meetings regularly <br />scheduled for August 2 and August 16, 1982 be cancelled. Councilman Biagi requested that the Legislative Conmittee consider the <br />possibility of submitting a Charter amendment to the voters to allow the <br />general municipal elec tion to be consolidated with other elec tions to be held <br />in November of odd-numbered years.
