Mr. Griffiths <br />reported that the fence has been stored in the event any safety problem <br />occurs, and it must be retained, but that from an aesthetic point of <br />view, it is hoped no problems will occur and that landscaping will also <br />help solve the kinds of problems which might arise since the park <br />appearance is better without the barrier. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Mayor Stangel stated he will be unable to represent the City at a brunch <br />being held by the Center for the Independence of the Disabled and asked <br />for someone else to do so. Councilman Bury agreed to represent the City <br />at the event. (memo 7/27/82) <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Councilman Bury reported on the status of the projec t to re store the <br />"Climate Best by Government 'tést" sign to the City. <br /> <br />------------------------------------------------ ----------------------------------------------- <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT TO PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT TO PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />14.
