Murray, 568 Seahorse Lane, inquired about the Agenda item of the <br />Board of Supervisors for August 10, 1982 involving a City request for <br />assistance in financing the Sandpiper Court Cooperative, stating he <br />believed financing was complete. <br /> <br />City Manager Smith explained that financing is complete but that in <br />closing with the Department of Housing and Urban Development, a <br />substantial alOOunt of equity money is required "upfront". Mr. Smith <br />said that the item will be considered at a later date by the Board of <br />Supervisors. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Ralph Nobles, 3720 Country Club Drive, Friends of Redwood City, stated <br />his oganization objects to the wording of the referendum ballot measure <br />adopted by Council in RESOLUTION NO. 9162. Mr. Nobles inquired as to <br />the disposition of his "Administrative Petition" dated August 5, 1982. <br /> <br />City Clerk Hildebrand reported that the "Administrative Petition" was <br />referred to the City Attorney with copies having been distributed to the <br />City Council and City Manager. <br /> <br />------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION - Litigation <br /> <br />M/S: Biagi/Bury to adjourn to executive session for the purpose of considering litigation <br />matters and to reconvene solely to adjourn. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote and Council adjourned to executive session at 10:30 p.m. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Upon IOOtion duly made, seconded and carried the City Council adjourned at 11: 00 p. m. to <br />August 23, 1982. <br /> <br />JACQUELINE C.
