3.

Rescission of award of contract - Tennis Court
Resurfacing

Report of City Manager and Director of Public Works 10/26/82

In response to questions, Director of Public Works Addiego explained that
the apparent lowest responsible bidder to whom contract was awarded 9/20/82
was discovered not to have the class license required for the project.
Checking of his qualifications has now delayed the project beyond the date
when it is practical to undertake it, and it is recommended that the City
readvertise for bids next spring, noting that reconsideration can be given
at that time to the project itself.

Title read.
