<br />GENERAL <br />1. <br /> <br />Councilman Claire referred to his memorandum to Council suggesting that <br />Jack Greenalch be appointed to the vacancy on the Housing and Human <br />Concerns Committee. <br /> <br />City Clerk Hildebrand reported that legal notice of the vacancy has be <br />given, but that no newspaper advert i sement for app 1 i cants has been mar.- <br /> <br />CONSENSUS: Mayor Stangel determined it to be the consensus of Council <br />that copies of Jack Greenalch's resume be distributed to Council. <br />(Memo 11/16/82) <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Councilman Bury requested that Mayor Stangel write to John M. Ward, <br />Chairman of the Board of Directors of SamTrans, thanking them for <br />unanimously agreeing to forego claiming any Federal Aid Urban (FAU) <br />program funds during FY82-83 in response to requests from cities who have <br />need for the funds for street improvements. Mayor Stangel agreed to do <br />so.
