<br />GENERAL <br />1. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Britschgi reported that a request had been received from the <br />Senior Citizens Advisory Committee for appointment of a Council liaison <br />representative to the Committee and stated that Councilman Rhodes has <br />agreed to accept the appointment by Mayor Stangel. (memo 12/7/82) <br /> <br />Councilman Biagi reported that completion of the San Carlos Transfer <br />Station has been reported to be phased in with the closing of the Menlo <br />Park dump site so that Redwood City residents will not have to haul dump <br />materials to Ox Mountain in an interim period. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />M/S: Biagi/Mosher to adjourn to Executive Session for the purpose of considering <br />, personnel matters and to reconvene solely to adjourn. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote and Council adjourned to executive session at <br />8:45 p.m. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT - In Memory of Edward I. McAuliffe <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Britschgi commented upon the contributions of Edward I.
