He said the interior was in disarray and that a structural review would be necessary. Design and Engineering Systems will submit a proposal to the city for performing this review. It was briefly discussed as to the Commission having a booth at the downtown art and wine festival. It was thought the Commission would have to have a non-profit status in order to do so.
