FXS : df~ 3/16/93 (008/33) 0 RIG I N A L 3/22/93 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. ---------- 11953 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND MARIANO CECCATO AND ANGELA CECCATO FOR HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City and Mariano Ceccato and Angela Ceccato, owners of the property hereinafter described, entered into that certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Historic Property Preservation", dated October 26, 1992, (the "Agreement"); and WHEREAS, pursuant to California Government Code Section 50280 et seq., the Agreement provides for the use, maintenance and restoration, as historical property, of residential property located at 397 Stambaugh Street, Redwood City, California, which property is more particularly described in the Agreement and in the Amendment thereto hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, the City and the aforesaid owners desire to enter into an amendment to the Agreement relating to works of improvement completed, and to be completed with respect to the historic property therein described; NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain agreement entitled, "Amendment to Agreement for Historic Property Preservation" by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and Mariano Ceccato and Angela Ceccato, as owners in fee of all that certain real property described in said amendment to agreement, a copy of which is on file in the office
