This permit is subject to the <br />following terms and conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Name of Event. A 1993 Arts and Wine Festival shall be sponsored and <br />conducted by Permittee. <br /> <br />Revocation. This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Non-transferability. This permit is nontransferable. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Location. The activities herein permitted shall be conducted in <br />downtown Redwood City.
