<br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />claims to which the City may be subjected of any kind or nature <br />whatsoever, resulting from or arising out of the performance or failure to <br />perform of Permittee hereunder, or otherwise arising from or arising out <br />of said event, or any activities herein permitted. <br /> <br />Additional Matters. The City will furnish barricades for the event, <br />however, it will be the responsibility of the Permittee to place the <br />barricades and place them back on the selected corners at the <br />conclusion of the event. <br /> <br />Additional or further matters not herein described or contemplated in <br />connection with the 1993 Arts and Wine Festival shall not be effectuated <br />without the prior written consent of the Chief of Police. <br /> <br />Acceptance.
