DES:dj' 07/24/92 (088/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 8/3/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 11807 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PARKING MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br /> (702 MARSHALL STREET) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS : <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Parking <br /> Management Services (702 Marshall Street) " (form dated 7/27/92R) , <br /> by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation <br /> of the State of California, and the Clark Company of Orinda, <br /> California to provide parking management services, a copy of <br /> which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to <br /> which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk <br /> are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest <br /> thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf the the <br /> City of Redwood City. <br />
